What higher education professionals are saying about Jamie Piperato and her work…

Jamie spoken at my institution, Alderson Broaddus University, last spring and campus members are still talking about her. She spoke to the retention committee, faculty, and students, and modified her presentations to meet the needs of each audience. I would highly suggest Jamie for any institution’s social equity education.

Jamie is an amazing person and presenter. She facilitates and guides conversation, while allowing everyone to feel and be a part of the conversation. She values and appreciates what others have to say and in my experience replicates this in her work through JPHigherEd Webinars.

I had the pleasure of hosting Jamie Piperato as a guest speaker in two of my classes on the topic of diversity.  Piperato’s warm personality, sense or humor, and expertise helped to take a topic that can be uncomfortable to discuss, and made it exciting, relevant, and most importantly, approachable. Piperato has the unique ability to break down defenses, thus allowing for engaging discussion and the potential for deep learning.
